Toronto, May 30, 2013 -- ProFusion 2013 – Canada’s largest photo & video tradeshow geared to the working professional – is now just weeks away (Tuesday and Wednesday, June 18-19).

As Vistek expands its expertise and reach to accommodate the current demand for pro video retail and rental services in Western Canada, the growth is being spotlighted with four dates in its current Pro Video Roadshow.

As part of its Pro Video Road Show, Vistek will feature the exciting new Sony F5/55 digital motion picture camera in Toronto at the Screen Industries Research and Training Centre (SIRT.)

Vistek, once again, plays sponsor to Exposure - the Calgary Banff Canmore Photography Festival that features exhibits, lectures, panel discussions, workshop, as well as the Vistek Emerging Photographer Showcase.

Photography fans in the Toronto area will be given a rare opportunity to spend an evening with one of the world's preeminent fine art, commercial and fashion photographers, Albert Watson, this Oct. 30 at the city's historic Enoch Turner Schoolhouse.

Videographers, filmmakers and Sony fans will be able to enjoy lunch on Vistek in Toronto this Wednesday, Aug. 29 while they learn all about the latest and greatest in the Sony lineup of XDCAM and NXCAM camcorders.

Photographers looking to perfect their portfolio and expand their digital artistic endeavors will get the chance this August 27 to learn everything they need to know about Photoshop with the Creative Design Tour 2012.

Vistek’s highly-lauded Summer Seminar Series is set to launch in Mississauga this Saturday, July 21 with a DSLR Basics class led by award-winning photographer Michael Willems.

With its show floor expanded to over 50,000 square feet, ProFusion 2012 is expanding it’s scope this year to feature world-renowned presenters and vendors to spotlight the ever-growing broadcast and production industry.

World-renowned photographer and sold-out Vistek seminar presenter, Greg Gorman, will be part of the 2012 lineup of talent at ProFusion this June 19 and 20.
