Welch Packaging

Welch Packaging has been named 2019 Business of the Year by the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. The announcement came at the Chamber's annual meeting at The Crystal Ballroom (Lerner Theatre) in Elkhart, IN on March 6, 2020.

Welch Packaging announces their acquisition of PAX Corrugated Products, based in Lebanon, OH from Georgia-Pacific. PAX Corrugated Products was co-founded in 1991 by Stan Bernard and Jim Cory.

Welch Packaging, a multi-site family owned business concentrated in the Midwest, has acquired Heritage Packaging, a supplier of corrugated packaging and supplies located in Lincoln, IL.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Welch Packaging, a multi-site family owned business concentrated in the Midwest, has acquired Central Kentucky Corrugated Specialists (CKCS), a corrugated box manufacturer located in Mount Sterling, KY.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Elkhart, Indiana based Welch Packaging has named Brock Welch the General Manager of its Elkhart, IN industrial packaging operations.

PackSpec, Inc., a corrugated packaging manufacturer in Romulus, Michigan will officially change its name to Welch Packaging Detroit on July 2nd, 2018. PackSpec, Inc.
