Empowering women to be savvier shoppers in a tough economy, Delia Passi will appear on Lifetime's morning show “The Balancing Act” February 12 in a special segment, “The Customer Service Seal of Approval.”

WomenCertified honors Annette Sykora and John Lyboldt of the National Automobile Dealers Association with first Vision Award for leadership in creating more women friendly car buying experiences. Awards presented January 24 at NADA Conference.
