Abrams Fensterman Expands Firm to Add Sophisticated Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice

Gov. David Paterson said, "Finally, New York has brought its divorce laws into the 21st century," after recently signing into law several bills updating New York's outdated Domestic Relations Law.

The use of the Guidelines will be mandatory for treatment rendered to the mid back, low back, knee, shoulder and neck for dates of service on or after December 1, 2010, regardless of the date of injury.
