At Southern Manufacturing 2025, Wallwork Group, is highlighting the rapid growth of their hot isostatic pressing facility. With an initial investment of £10 million, the 2500 square metres facility opened at the end of 2023.

The Wallwork Group heat treating site in Bury has been accredited with NADCAP Gold Merit Status. The site, one of four, comprises 90,000 square foot of processing space.

On stand L28 at Medical Technology Ireland, Fintek will show a range of automated mass and super finishing processes.

Heat resisting castings manufacturer, Wallwork Cast Alloys is exhibiting at UK Metals Expo, Stand G92.

Nickel and chromium (Ni/Cr) heat resistant castings experts, Wallwork Cast Alloys, has invested £120K in new bespoke sand recycling plant from FMS Ltd. The Wallwork Cast Alloys foundry was set-up in 1986 to supply parent company Wallwork Group.

At Farnborough Airshow, Wallwork Group is keen to show the benefits that their new 2500 square metres hot isostatic pressing centre brings to their portfolio of NADCAP accredited thermal processes and hard coatings services.

The Wallwork HIP Centre has passed EN/AS9100 certification for their new hot isostatic pressing process. Installed and commissioned by Quintus Technologies in the last quarter of 2023, the HIP is now entering its fourth month of operation.

Bringing forward plans by two years, Wallwork Group have signed for a second hot isostatic press from Quintus Technologies.

Fintek are on stand 19-16 at MACH. They will show developments in post-processing and surface finishing, including larger components, superfinishing and mass finishing.
