When we talk about vitamins, we often hear people from all walks of life say all vitamins are the same. However this is the furthest from the truth you will get. That's like saying all doctors are the same & we know this to be a false statement.

Remember when things were simple? When we were at one with nature? The air was clean, the water was crystal clear and our soil was full of nutrients? Where did we go wrong?
