AOMA (Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin)

AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine has released its NCCAOM exam pass rates for the first half of 2011. NCCAOM certification is the basic requirement for becoming a licensed acupuncturist in most states.

As Asian medicine continues to move into the mainstream of health care, employers have begun to recognize it as a safe, effective form of healing and have started to integrate these therapies into their existing health insurance plans.
