Local Entrepreneur, Ruby Wesley Owner of A Taste of Rubies is Dessert Sponsor for NY Jets Player Santonio Holmes Annual Bowling Event to raise funds and awareness for Sickle Cell Disease. Over 200 people were in attendance and raised approx. $35,000
