Baker Norris, a management consulting firm, today announced that Tracy Thompson has been appointed chief marketing officer (CMO) and executive vice president of business development. Thompson will report directly to Baker Norris CEO, Chuck Baker.

Continuing its growth as the firm approaches its sixteenth anniversary, Baker Consulting announced today that it has merged with The Norris Group, a consulting firm with expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), to form Baker Norris.
