Bedales students aiming to take their performance work beyond school, to universities and drama schools, experienced workshops with three world class theatre companies when they visited for a weekend of drama in the Olivier Theatre.

The autumn sports season at Bedales Prep, Dunhurst, started impressively with a tournament win for the boys’ football U11A team beating five other sides in the Wessex League seven a side tournament.

Bedales Sixth Form students hiked across Hampshire over the weekend covering 20 miles from East Meon to Winchester to raise money for two African schools in Swaziland.

Bedales welcomed 22 pupils from West Hill Park School to a showcase of art and design talent. Entitled ‘Bedales Selective’, the exhibition featured highlights from examined work by students from Block 5 (year 11) to sixth form.

Bedales celebrated impressive exam results on GCSE results day with over half the grades awarded at A* or A. Bedales students tailor their studies choosing a combination of GCSEs, IGCSEs, and the school’s GCSE alternative, Bedales Assessed Courses.
