The Brentano String Quartet, Linden String Quartet, Brooklyn Rider, and Pacifica Quartet will perform as a part of the 2012 Caramoor Summer Music Festival.

Featuring the American premiere of Rossini's Ciro in Babilonia in collaboration with the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, Italy on July 7 at 8:30pm and Bellini's I Capuleti ed i Montecchi on July 21 at 8:30pm.

Caramoor International Music Festival presents Pablo Heras-Casado's debut as the Principal Conductor of the Orchestra of St. Luke's, joined by guest pianist Emauel Ax on Sunday, July 15th at 4:30pm in the Venetian Theater.

KATONAH, NY– Michael Barrett, Chief Executive and General Director of Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, presents the 2012 Caramoor International Music Festival. The 67th season of this iconic summer festival will run from June 23 to August 8.

Caramoor proudly welcomes the Harlem Gospel Choir and The Lee Boys on Sunday, August 5 at 4:30 PM for a program of joyous music. Closing the 2012 festival season, the energetic and spiritual program can be enjoyed by audiences of all ages.

The American Roots Music Festival, a celebration of bluegrass, folk, country blues and gospel music, returns to Caramoor on June 30. Hot Tuna Acoustic, comprised of Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady and Barry Mitterhoff, David Bromberg Quartet, headline.

The Caramoor Music Festival has just announced the addition of guitarist and singer/songwriter Richard Thompson to its summer festival line-up. Mr. Thompson will perform a solo acoustic show in the Spanish Courtyard on July 14 at 8:00PM.
