This set me back. However when one considers that 66% of the resident taxpayers did NOT vote in our municipal election of 2006, Toronto has a serious election problem and is leaving the decisions of the city in the control of 34% of the residents..

If the private sector firms can deliver a service more effectively and less costly than our municipality, then our city government should not use tax dollars to compete with entrepreneurs and free enterprise businesses at the tax payers expense..
