Maybe the time has arrived for the police board and its operation to be taken completely out of the hands of metro council. Consideration might even be given to the amalgamation of this force with either the OPP or the RCMP.

Negative campaigning is hardly new, but when it is started and done by supposedly neutral Canadian columnist or journalist to protect their own personal socialist view and ideologies is at worst unethical.

Before we hear more about pie in the sky ideas lets first hear some talk about getting spending under control. That is what the people of Toronto are demanding and looking for.

Peter Clarke has proposed a CAP on spending, and taxes at the rate of inflation commencing with the 2011 budget process.
