On June 6, 1991, Charlie Daher opened Commonwealth Motors. The then defunct dealership was hit hard by the economic collapse of the early 90s and was subsequently taken over by the then Bank of New England.

Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to raising money for children and young people living in poverty by simply having fun and making people laugh.
