Market Street at Heath Brook is under *new management* With lots of exciting things taking place

Who: The Durban Group signed a new lease for a new construction; free standing 6,000 sq. ft. building for O’reilly Auto Parts, which opened in September. Sherri Mann, Senior Associate for Crossman & Company also signed a new lease for 1,400 sq. ft.

Blaine Strickland joins Crossman & Company as Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing efforts for the company throughout the Southeast.

Senior Vice President John Zielinski along with Brian Carolan, Director at Crossman & Company, have sold Northshore Town Center, located in Knoxville, TN, to a private group.

  Atlanta, GA- Amanda Steidtmann of Crossman & Company signed a new-lease for 2,520 square feet at 7334 Spout Springs Road, Braselton, Georgia 30542. Friendship Springs Village leased the space to Mathews Salon and Spa.

The fifth annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One-hundred companies are ranked in small, medium and large employer categories.

Atlanta, GA- Amanda Steidtmann of Crossman & Company signed a new-lease for 3,210 square feet at 3979 Buford Highway Atlanta, GA 30345.  Crossroads Village leased the space to National Urgent Care.
