Festival for dogs and their owners. September 18 from 12-4pm in 72-acre Armstrong Park in Carol Stream, Illinois. Vendors, activities, demonstrations, and clubs. Off-leash play area and doggie lounge. Fun for all ages and breeds. Admission is free.
