Dr. Daniel Hect's law enforcement experience as a police chief has help position the University's Vision and Innovative education programs to support departments internal and external development solutions

Sabina OH – The Village of Sabina is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Hect as Sabina's new Chief of Police.  Chief Hect's service with Sabina will commence on Monday, February 15, 2021, following a formal pinning ceremony.

Daniel Hect assumed the position of President of the Ohio Small Police Department Association (OSPDA) in January 2021 following his role as Board member for the organization.

Public policy leader to join Transcontinental University Advisory Board. Dr. Hect has over three decades serving campus communities as an adjunct professor and a chief of police at five universities.
