Increasing market demands have induced ebm-papst to exploit the whole range of possibilities offered by controllable GreenTech EC fans being installed in third party products.

ebm-papst is setting new standards with the compact axial fan i-maxx W1G130. The compact axial fan with GreenTech EC motor is mechanically compatible with its AC predecessors and is used in cooling applications where compact axial fans are needed.

Approximately 50% of energy could be saved by replacing existing AC fans throughout a building with EC Plug Fans. A retrofitting project in the government-owned Wakefield Building in Adelaide achieved great energy-savings and performance increases.

ebm-papst has developed an energy-saving fan made of wood/plastic composite material. The energy-saving fan has been developed in accordance with the toughest of industrial standards with respect to service life, durability, stability and fluctuation

The new energy-saving EC technology fan ACmaxx sets new standards in the field of compact fans to deliver more power while consuming less and within the same physical design.

Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) are implemented in Australia and New Zealand to reduce energy demand. ebm-papst EC drives for use in home ventilation systems perform substantially better in this respect.

EC technology is the better alternative when planning energy-efficient devices and installations to meet upcoming energy-efficiency requirements.
