The inaugural UAE Customer Service Week is taking place this week, June 20 to June 24.

Don Hales, Managing Director, World of Customer Service and founder of the UK National Customer Service Awards, has agreed to be a keynote speaker on day two of the Customer Service Week Forum on June 23.

Since the official launch of the inaugural UAE Customer Service Week, two weeks ago, more than 100 companies have signed up online (www.customerserviceweek.ae) to participate with this number continuing to increase on a daily basis.

The inaugural UAE Customer Service Week will take place June 20-24 2010 under the Patronage of H.H. Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, Government of UAE and in association with Ethos Consultancy.

Emirates and Etihad have outperformed British Airways, Air France and Qatar Airways in a service quality benchmarking report. Emirates placed first overall scoring 92.3%, followed marginally by Abu Dhabi based airline, Etihad who scored 91.5%.

Microsoft Gulf has selected Ethos Consultancy as an ambassador for their recent Gulf wide marketing campaign - ‘A Passion to Succeed’. The objective of the campaign is to capture the spirit of creative businesses and entrepreneurs.
