Indian director's first feature Sandcastle has been nominated in the Best Foreign Language Feature Film category at the London International Film Festival (LIFF) 2013.

The Kids Like Blues band will perform several blues songs for the Todays Vision: Tomorrows Reality conference at the Hilton Del Mar. Teacher Jon Schwartz and the band will also be presented with computers for their school.

The Kids Like Blues Band Program uses blues music to teach kids reading, writing, math, speaking and the visual and performing arts to less advantaged kids. The Band will be playing selective dates in 2013 for local schools and senior homes.
