Global Private Group

Medium size Solar Manufacturer has secured EUR139 Million in financing from Global Private Group (GPG) to invest in several solar plants in the Southern Europe.

The telecommunications infrastructure company was founded in 1999 and has grown into one of the leading infrastructure companies in Africa. The Company offers an end-to-end suite of telecoms infrastructure solutions.

The four year loan facility will enable the management firm to co-invest in the Global Private Group Capital Fund IIII. A second close is planned for later in the year. This will allow the management firm to pursue the strong pipeline of deals.

A new spend management software company headquartered in Singapore and Paris, has raised USD70 million in growth equity minority funding from Global Private Group. Global Private Group will become a new shareholder alongside the founders.

Global Private Group acted as reporting accountant on the fund raising, and sole arranger.

The Direct Client Credit Provider, part of the Global Private Group Portfolio Advisors direct investing platform, is run by the credit investment team, and will primarily invest in direct junior debt instruments, with equity participation.

Global Private Group has closed a USD300 million senior secured revolving credit for Industrial Services Firm, a longtime client of Global Private Group.

Real estate division of Global Private Group has continued its implementation of its projects in real estate developments, located in Egypt and Turkey.

Global Private Group Investments will support the global business activities of Global Private Group Investments Europe, the main asset manager of Global Private Group’s with approximately EUR35 billion of assets under management.

Global Private Group has provided a $280 Million 10-year term loan to finance energy efficiency improvements for two projects representing several units. The builder leveraged the low cost loan by Global Private Group to successfully complete.
