Australian carbon offset pioneer, Greenfleet welcomes announcements to remove the floor price and link Australia’s emissions trading scheme with the EU ETS.

Not-for-profit carbon offset pioneer, Greenfleet is busy preparing for the introduction of the carbon pricing mechanism and Carbon Farming Initiative, due to commence this Sunday (1 July 2012).

Greenfleet has registered the FIRST Carbon Sequestration & Forestry Right and Forest Carbon Right on title under the Climate Change Act 2011 (VIC), securing an anticipated 30,660t CO2-e over 20 years, protecting the forest and carbon for 100 years.

Do something different this Christmas. Why chop down a pine tree to decorate, then die in a couple of weeks – start a new tradition and plant native trees with Greenfleet instead!
