Men Who Dare, an organization of Detroit area men from various backgrounds organized to help local youth obtain a higher education, named Hercules Jefferson, Sr., CEO, of Hercules & Hercules, Inc. it's Man of the Year.

When Belinda Jefferson of Hercules & Hercules, Inc. spotted a need within the Detroit Public Schools, she worked her contacts to solve it through the help of 3M. Thanks to this alliance, more than 20,000 galloons of floor polish were donated.
