inABLE operates eight assistive technology labs in six special primary and high schools for the blind in four Kenya counties (Kiambu, Meru, Siaya and Mombasa), and has provided assistive computer technology instruction to over 7,000 students.

The first inclusive assistive-technology computer lab for the blind in Thika, Kenya opened in summer 2009. Today, inABLE has given over 7,000 blind and visually impaired students the gift of computer skills.
