A recent interior design commission was to check the building plans for refurbishing the interiors of a Victorian terrace house near Fulham Broadway. It is a good looking house tucked away in a quiet little residential corner.

Jane's teenage goddaughter came to stay for the weekend of the Mendip Farmers' Point to Point. By the last race, she was well and truly corrupted, having been introduced to the art of gambling.

Jane Clayton attended the September IACF Antiques Fair at the Bath and West Showground, which was the biggest ever. In addition to the usual stalls under cover, the fine weather allowed many more dealers to pitch themselves in the fresh air.
