At KOMPAN we had an international youth board and a survey of 1040 young people’s wishes for their outdoor environments made by a professional polling bureau to guide us make properly documented, timely solutions for children of today.

The equipment being well designed, it might cheer up a dull environment and have a sculptural function when no children are around. But the function of the play equipment is non-existing till a child comes along and starts interacting with it.

Outdoor play areas offer more than just play; a play area is a place to meet, socialise and keep active. Play areas are inspirational and extremely beneficial to a community.

Playground equipment is not making playgrounds. We know that. But playground equipment can reflect all these demands by integrating them within it’s own frames. KOMPAN Elements is not counting on winning the counting game.
