Paul Rusesabagina, President & Founder of the Hotel Rwanda Rusesabagina Foundation (HRRF), wrote to the UN Security Council to ask them to reconsider selecting Rwanda for UN Security Council due to Rwanda’s actions in support of the M23 rebels.
