Corrosion testing services will be featured by Lab Testing at the NACE Corrosion 2016 Exposition in Vancouver, Canada. The Expo will be held at the Vancouver Convention Center on March 7-10, 2016.

An article by Phillip W. Trach, NDT employee and ultrasonic testing specialist at LTI, was published in the September 2015 issue of Materials Evaluation. It provides an overview of an introductory lesson in NDT suitable for a school classroom.

A New Business Development Sales Manager has joined LTI Inc. to expand the customer base purchasing the materials testing, nondestructive testing and calibration services performed by the testing lab.

Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI) will be exhibiting in Booth #S3515 at the Fabtech International and AWS Welding Show in Chicago, Illinois from November 18-21, 2013. LTI is a leading material testing, nondestructive testing and calibration laboratory.

LTI nondestructive testing employee, Phil Trach, is a scheduled presenter for the 2013 ASNT Annual Conference planned for November. Phil has been employed with LTI since 2005 as NDT Technical Coordinator and is a mechanical engineer.

LTI NDT employee, Phil Trach, has completed examinations to become certified as an examiner for MIL-STD-2132 contact ultrasonic testing. Phil has been with LTI since 2005 and currently holds the position of NDT Technical Coordinator.

A 3rd-generation family member has been hired by LTI as Customer Service Supervisor. Brad McVaugh will be responsible for preparing quotes, providing information on material testing, calibration/ machining services, & coordinating orders.

Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI), a full-service materials testing, nondestructive testing and metrology lab, announced the expansion of services available for X-ray inspection, also called radiography or radiographic testing.

Fracture Toughness Testing has been added to Laboratory Testing Inc.’s scope of A2LA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Boeing Company and GE Transportation – Aviation have also approved LTI as a Source for fracture toughness testing.

Electrical and temperature calibration were added to the scope of A2LA accreditation at Laboratory Testing Inc. Accreditation for dimensional testing, calibration of instruments and standards and field calibration was renewed through March 31, 2013.
