Upon Malta’s accession to the EU, Dr. Edward de Bono launched the World Centre for New Thinking in Malta, principally to place the need for New Thinking and the new ideas and concepts generated at EU level on a neutral non-representative platform.

The Palace for New Thinking was launched by Dr. Edward de Bono in Malta under the patronage of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education.
