The Michigander Bicycle Tour heads to Cheboygan, Harbor Springs and Petoskey connecting Lake Huron to Lake Michigan for a classic cycling vacation in the Upper Midwest.

Michigan Trails and Greenways Alliance presents a fall color bicycle tour of the trail towns of South Lyon, Wixom and Milford on this 30-35 mile ride. This interconnected trail network in Southwest Oakland County makes for an excellent fall ride.

National Trails Day is the only nationally coordinated event designed to unite all muscle-powered trail activities with the goal of connecting more people to trails.

To ensure the trails movement in Michigan continues to grow, it takes focus and commitment along with public/private partnerships to see it through to fruition.

The Michigander Bicycle Tour will roll into Traverse City, Leland and Frankfort on the shores of Lake Michigan from July 15-22, 2017. One of the highlights will be riding through Sleeping Bear Dunes, dubbed the "Most Beautiful Place in America."

The Michigander is a classic cycling vacation every July, offering three tour options; 2-Day Tour, 6-Day Tour or 8-day Tour which combines both the 2-Day and 6-Day Tours. Rates range from $125 to $525 and include healthy meals, camping and more.
