After months of planning and construction, National Mill Dog Rescue unveils a new rescue warehouse on their property in Peyton, CO designed to help support the regional rescue community.

On Sunday August 14, the Little River Band Benefit Concert for the National Mill Dog Rescue raised $16,000 to help rescue and care for puppy mill dogs.

Senior pups have something to wag about this week, as the national nonprofit, The Grey Muzzle Organization, announces the recipients of its annual grants for animal welfare organizations providing programs for at-risk senior dogs.

National Mill Dog Rescue, with headquarters in Peyton, Colo., today announced it has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Petco Foundation to support its efforts to prepare rescued puppy mill dogs for adoption.

Little River Band will perform an outdoor benefit concert for National Mill Dog Rescue on Sunday, August 14, with 100% of the proceeds supporting the organization's mission to rescue and care for puppy mill dogs.
