OpenGeoCode.org, the open Big Data project, has announced its new standard for a CSV Universal Database Exchange (CUDE) standard for geolocation datasets and has released accompanying datasets into the public domain.

NW Startups announces today the launch of geoforms.org, which is a spinoff from the geospatial open data project, opengeocode.org. The site provides a map and text-based search for academics and researchers of worldwide geographic information.
