Encinitas-based Class-ACT, is pleased to announce that its founder and Executive Director Niels Lund has won the prestigious 10News Leadership Award. An on-air segment honoring Mr. Lund will air during the 6 PM News on Thursday, January 14, 2010.

Non-profit Class-ACT is celebrating the completion of a photo portfolio exchange project with a presentation and exhibition of photos taken by photographer Jessica Wawrzyniak. Two events are occuring this week.

Encinitas-based Class-ACT, is conducting a unique art sharing program in two local schools that “links up” our children, with children in Cambodia.

The Board of Directors of the Encinitas, California based non-profit Class-ACT, elected new president Dave Peiser at its August Board Meeting. He replaces Brenda Smith, who stepped down after serving as board president for 2 years.
