All stories are not created equal. Some stories are created to entertain. Others are created for profit. Some do both. However these stories are not necessarily true and often take liberties regarding the facts, deemed unethical by those with character.

One incident that Goetz does not openly discuss and bothered him greatly occurred the evening he was to formally announce his candidacy for Southeast District City Commissioner. He received a telephone call from a Lakeland Ledger reporter.
