Now there are more and more r4 flashcart resellers, so difficult to choose a reliable retailer. I just want to share my experience with you guys, recommend you one usa online named r4depot.

I need a flashcart for a DS Lite so I can play some old games on the system and maybe gen a Pokemon or two into older titles (D/P/P, HG/SS, B/W, B2/W2) and after browsing a bit I'm stuck between two flashcarts The R4i SDHC Dual Core or R4i SDHC RTS.

Two days ago, Nintendo official has updated the 3DS firmware from V7.1.0-16 to V7.2.0-17. This time the new 3DS firmware blocked no flashcarts, it has been confimed by many card users, including me.

Last week, I just got a 3DS as my birthday preset, so I post on YAHOO ANSWERS to tried to work out what is the best R4 style card to buy, also I wonder whether i need to do anything to my new 3DS to make an R4 card work.
