In typical Rook fashion, spreading news only by word-of-mouth, Rook Coffee pulled off a soft opening of their newest location.

The Lighthouse (www.lighthouseitalianice.com) will serve Rook Coffee’s New Orleans Style Cold Brew by the cup in its four locations (North Long Branch, West End Long Branch, Red Bank and Point Pleasant) beginning next month.

After more than three years in operation, Rook Coffee will open a much larger storefront in the Town Center Shopping Center (at the corner of Route 35 North and West Park Avenue), just up the street from their current Oakhurst store.

Morning Bell, Kane Brewing Company’s imperial milk porter is the result of collaboration with Rook Coffee Roasters and their locally roasted coffee.

Rook’s New Orleans Style Cold Brew can be purchased in any of their four retail locations throughout Monmouth County. A 32-ounce bottle retails for $12.50.

The much anticipated fourth Rook Coffee location is now open! While the coffee shop was open over the weekend on a word-of-mouth basis, today marks Rook Little Silver’s first Monday in business with the trains back on schedule running as well.
