Following the administration of the off-licensed retail chain First Quench, Ryden has been appointed to dispose of six store leases held under the Victoria Wine, Threshers and Haddows franchises.

SWIP Property Trust (SWIPPT), with Ryden acting, has paid £41m for The Bridge on The Royal Mile, Edinburgh, showing a net yield in the region of 6%.

At the recent Investment Property Forum (IPF) Annual Lunch in London it was announced that Fiona Morton, managing partner of Ryden, has been awarded life membership, an honour bestowed upon only a small number of senior professionals across the UK.

On behalf of landlord PCM Properties, Ryden has let the three remaining units at Lyneburn Industrial Estate, Halbeath Place, Dunfermline to FMC Technologies.
