Savills Vietnam is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associate Directors, who will manage the commercial leasing teams in Hanoi and HCMC from March this year.

Jan 2018 sees the official launch of Savills Industrial Services. The new business will support industrial clients in market entry, portfolio diversification, expansion, acquisition/disposal and strategic leasing.

Savills Vietnam industry award fees were redirected in 2017 to better benefit local people and society. This program will continue in 2018, with Savills bringing focus to activities supporting children education.

Modern retail supported by large young population and a growing economy: 2nd highest urban population in the region and growing; consistently high GDP growth.

GDP increased 6.4% year on year (YoY). There is a positive expectation the 6.7% annual growth target will be achieved. Credit growth is boosting economic performance. Now at 11% and on line to achieve 21% by year end.
