Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund

Television personality Bob Barker will donate $2 million to the Semper Fi Fund (SFF) to provide assistance to injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, founded by Fresno native Karen Guenther, will be sending 25 members from Team Semper Fi to take part in this weekend’s Reedley Lions Club’s 22nd Annual Kings River Blossom Bike Ride.

Annapolis, MD – For the second year in a row, the “Colonel John W. Ripley Memorial - Fuel 4 Life Race” will celebrate the life and career of Col. John W. Ripley, USMC, (Ret.) and to benefit the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund.

A team of six Veterans from Britain and US (one a triple amputee) will be finishing their journey of running across the United States to raise money for U.S. and British military charities, at a celebration on the Santa Monica Pier this Veterans Day.

As we approach Veterans Day and the holiday season, please keep our injured Veterans and their families in mind. Young men and women are being injured in Afghanistan on a daily basis. The Semper Fi Fund has helped with $44 million in assistance.
