SGS Industrial Services was awarded a contract to provide comprehensive Technical Assistance and Quality Control of the public lighting in Barcelona, Spain in order to ensure the top performance of the city’s lighting.

SGS is exhibiting at the RenewableUK Conference and Exhibition 2011 in Manchester, UK on October 25-27, 2011 at stand 230.

SGS will participate in the third annual Offshore Wind Construction, Installation and Commissioning Conference in London, UK, from October 4–6, 2011.

On October 19-21, 2011, SGS will be participating in China Wind Power 2011 in Beijing, China to demonstrate its wide range of Renewable Energy services at stand EB27.

In January 2010, SGS Industrial Services was awarded two contracts to provide Design Documentation Appraisal and Power Plant Construction Supervision for the expansion of the Underground Gas Storage Plant in Wierzchowice, Poland.

In July 2011, SGS was awarded a three-year contract to provide comprehensive Statutory Inspections by the Societe des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles (STIB), the Brussels-based Transport Company for Metro and Bus.
