Shred North

Shred North has been named Best New Business of the Year 2012 by the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce.

MP Patrick Brown recently toured local shredding company Shred North in an effort to increase awareness of identity theft prevention in our community.

Shred North, the local paper shredding company, recently held a charity shred day for the general public and raised $2,450 for local cancer support community, Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka.

Shred North will be holding a ‘Charity Shred Day’ on Saturday, October 13th, 2012 from 10am – 1pm in order to raise funds and awareness for Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka, a local cancer support group.

In an effort to increase awareness of the security benefits of paper shredding and business growth in Barrie, MPP Rod Jackson toured local paper shredding company Shred North.

Shred North is expanding its service area to include communities in Midwestern Ontario such as Owen Sound, Meaford, Markdale, Orangeville and Shelburne in an effort to assist businesses with compliance and liability concerns.

Document destruction services have traditionally not been easily available to all areas of the province. Shred North is expanding its paper shredding service area to include communities in Central Ontario.

Shred North is expanding its service area to include communities in Eastern Ontario such as Peterborough, Lindsay, Kawartha Lakes, Gravenhurst and Bracebridge in an effort to assist businesses with compliance and liability concerns.

Shred North announces that it has become the first Barrie company to ever be granted membership in the National Association for Document Destruction (NAID). A local company, Shred North helps keep jobs in the area while reducing travel.
