Events around the globe are being cancelled due to the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus costing the organisers and the stand holders millions.

After a mass exodus of exhibitors like Facebook and Amazon the world's biggest wireless event has been scrapped after the coronavirus outbreak. It's the first time in the events 33 year history that the event has been called off.

Last year solo16, working alongside virtual events company iVent, delivered an international live streamed event for UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) in Swindon, Wiltshire.

On the 1st May this year Facebook Live is moving from the standard RTMP streaming protocol to RTMPS (RTMP over a TLS/SSL connection).
