$30,000 in Grants Awarded to Fund Speech Therapy and Speech Devices for Needy Children Across the United States

Fully aware that early intervention has the potential to create opportunity and launch futures that are otherwise unattainable, the board of The Orange Effect Foundation has awarded more than $30,000 in grants to needy children across the United States.

2020 challenged us all. Faced with an unexpected economic constriction, the Orange Effect Foundation took the opportunity to try something new.

It is fitting that in addition to celebrating the fifth consecutive year of awarding grants for speech therapy and speech devices, the Orange Effect Foundation celebrates another exciting milestone.

The Orange Effect Foundation is proud to announce that in September, the board of directors awarded $30,000 to needy children to fund speech therapy and speech devices. In the United States, one in nine children needs speech therapy.

Communication devices and therapy provided for dozens of children across the United States

The Orange Effect Foundation is proud to announce that more than $50,000 was awarded to needy children in June. Grants will send children to summer speech camp, purchase speech-generating devices, and pay for almost 500 hours of speech therapy.
