Now that the warmer weather is upon us we have seen a rise in the number of calls from people asking for our advice with woodworm related problems in their property.

At Timberwise our surveyors are experts in identifying various forms of fungal decay from well know rots such as Dry Rot and Wet Rot through to less well known varieties.

The following photos show the dangers of not drying out a property after it has been subjected to flooding. Flooding doesn’t necessarily happen as a result of living near a river, as you will see in this example.
