Local companies team up to provide thousands of holiday meals to local families.

Turftenders, a member of the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), participated in Renewal & Remembrance at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, July 25, 2011.

Turftenders announced today that it was recently awarded an Overall Safety Achievement Award from the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) which honors those companies with thorough, high performing safety programs.

Turftenders Landscape Services of Raleigh will be facing off in a landscape competition at the North Carolina Fairgrounds September 24-26, and one lucky individual will take home $10,000 of free Belgard outdoor products for their home.

PLANET's annual Renewal and Remembrance is a time for members of the Green Industry to give back by maintaining and preserving Arlington National Cemetary.

GreenCare for Troops is a volunteer program that matches landscapers with military families in need. Turftenders involvement came without hesitation as an attempt to show appreciation for the men and women who selflessly sacrifice so much for us.

Turftenders Landscape Services will be demonstrating the latest trend of "Outdoor Living" for small to large spaces at the Raleigh Home Show. This year's show will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center.
