Thanks to using power on demand with rapid heat cycles, this induction heating process was energy- and cost-efficient.

The automated control on the time and temperature ensured consistent and stable results, even with large volume production.

The brazing process, in addition to being time-efficient, was also energy- and cost-efficient.

The result from this test scenario was a reliable, high-quality and time-efficient brazing process that eliminated costly delays in brazing processing.

At output power of 15 kW and target brazing temperature of 1475 °F/ 800°C, it took Dragon 15 Brazing Robot mere 10 seconds to braze each joint.
