Our August 1 events at Lockside Art Center were a great success: our first birthday celebration, the dedication of Bob’s Olde Books Library, our annual Members’ Exhibition, and our Sculpture Exhibition.

Saturday August 1, Lockside Art Center’s first birthday, the dedication of the new Robert M. Giannetti Library - Bob’s Olde Books Collection, and two exhibitions opening, our annual Members’ Exhibition and Peggy Taylor’s Sculpture Exhibition.

Our Annual Members’ Exhibition opens August 1, 2015. We invite all interested members to participate. There is still time to update your membership or to join. For more information on membership, please call or email.

Lockside Art Center announces the summer and fall art class schedule. All classes are taught by experienced art instructors. Preregistration is required; please contact the instructor for more information, registration, and a supplies list.

On Saturday, March 21, 2-4pm, Lockside Art Center celebrates the opening of the first Fiber Arts Exhibition in the main gallery, and an eclectic one-artist exhibition in the sculpture gallery featuring Gig Goldstein..

The Kenan Arts Council will host a business lunch at 11:30am Tuesday, March 10 at the Kenan Center’s Taylor Theater Meeting Room, 433 Locust Street. Bring your own lunch; coffee, tea, and cold drinks will be available.

Join us for “Made by Hand” Sculpture Exhibition - featuring the work of 20 western New York sculptors working in steel, copper, wood, egg, stone, glass, and clay.
