Western Beauty Institute was one of many beauty and cosmetology schools to participate at the 2009 SuperSunday styling event. WBI sparkled in the spotlight, receiving honorable mention and 2nd place in the SuperStyle Competition.

On Saturday, June 27th, 2009, Western Beauty Institute cosmetology students and staff volunteered in Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa’s Day of Service charitable event, providing free haircuts for the city of Los Angeles and surrounding communities.

Cosmetology campus located in the Los Angeles area held two contests, a Fantasy Bridal and Bridal Competitions, where beauty school students presented their styling talents in hair and makeup, highlighting the event with glamorous wedding fashions.
