One of the founders and owners of Purgatory Cellars/White Owl Winery, (whiteowlwinery.com) of Birds, Illinois is one of four plenary speakers for the 2nd Annual Wine Pleasures Conference, to be held February 1, 2 and 3rd near Barcelona, Spain.

It has been a good year for Purgatory Cellars/White Owl Winery'. It's Persimmon Solera sherry-style wine was selectively entered in only seven wine competitions this past year. The wine scored a medal in each contest.

One of the founders of Purgatory Cellars/White Owl Winery, (whiteowlwinery.com) of Birds, Illinois will present a 75-minute seminar Saturday, November 7th during the 42nd Annual Conference of the American Wine Society in Destin, Florida.
