At the 2nd Annual ACG NY Champion’s Awards event, the acquisition of Ranger International by the Berger Group of Companies took home three “Deal of the Year” awards. Wyche represented Ranger International in this acquisition.

Wyche attorneys John Moylan and Matthew Richardson represented Florence County Council in two lawsuits brought by the Florence County Treasurer that raised constitutional challenges to the authority of County Council. Court sides with County Council.

Wyche attorneys Wallace Lightsey and Troy Tessier secured a $1.4 million verdict for Frank Betz Associates, Inc. (“Betz”) in an architectural works copyright infringement case. This is one of the largest verdicts ever for these types of cases.
